Ham and Egg Rollup

2 Slices ham, low fat
Mayo
1/2 Cheese slice, lf or ff
1 egg, fried in olive oil
1 tomato slice
basil
oregano
Take 2 slices of Low Fat, thinly sliced pieces of ham per roll up.
Overlap them on a plate (one slice half way onto the other).
Coat the slices in some Mayo.
Add 1/2 slice of Swiss Cheese (or FF Cheese of your choice).
Add in one egg that has been fried in Olive Oil.
Top with a tomato slice sprinkled with basil & Oregano.
Roll it up!
If you have trouble getting it to hold so that you can eat it, use tooth picks to hold the ham closed.
