7-layer Salad

In a big clear salad bowl, add in layers.

4-6 cups baby spinach leafs or chopped romaine
1 cup Mayo (spread out)
2 cups baby green peas(the frozen kind) ( cooked and cooled )
1/2 red onion sliced thin( separate rings)
1/2 cup Hormel 30% less fat bacon bits or 1/2 cup turkey bacon
6 sliced reduced fat Swiss cheese (chopped)
4-6 sliced hard boiled eggs

This makes a very pretty salad, great for parties.
